Curriculum and insight

Technology is half of it.
Knowledge is the other half.

Behind every NDX classroom sits a body of work on curricula, evidence and teaching practice, so ministries can plan with confidence and teachers can keep growing.

How it fits together

Four strands, one loop

Evidence informs the curriculum, the curriculum shapes the lesson, the classroom shows what works, and teachers carry the learning forward.

  1. 01 · Foresight

    What is coming

NDX Foresight follows what researchers, institutions and industry say about AI and learning, and shows where they agree and disagree.

  2. 02 · Curriculum Foundry

    What the ministry asks for

The national curriculum mapped objective by objective, each one traced to the page of the official document.

  3. 03 · Classroom AI

    What happens in the room

Lessons, activities and assessments built on that map, adapted from the class's own results, with the teacher deciding.

  4. 04 · edTalks and the Academy

    How teachers grow

Conversations with educators and professional development pathways that keep classroom practice moving.

Your national curriculum, mapped to the page
Curriculum Foundry

Your national curriculum, mapped to the page

Curriculum Foundry reads a ministry's official curriculum documents and turns them into a map the classroom AI teaches from. The ministry's words are kept exactly as written; our teaching steps sit beneath them.

  • Every objective traced to the page of the official document
  • Checked both ways: nothing invented, nothing the curriculum asks for left out
  • Each objective broken into lesson-sized steps a teacher can teach
  • Sources re-checked regularly, so a revised syllabus is caught and carried through
  • Exported in a documented format the ministry owns
What the evidence says about AI and learning
NDX Foresight

What the evidence says about AI and learning

Foresight gathers what researchers, institutions, industry and policymakers say about AI, work and learning, and records each claim with its source. It shows where voices agree, where they disagree and how sure they sound. It does not pretend to predict.

  • Growing up with AI: a living briefing for ministries of education, rebuilt as the evidence grows
  • Every statement traceable to a named source
  • Disagreement shown, not smoothed over
From evidence to reform

Support for ministries reviewing their curriculum

Foresight, the curriculum map, the lessons and teacher training come together in one reform pack, with every statement cited.

01Available

Augment

Your curriculum stays exactly as published. We add the teaching layer, materials and training on top.

02In development

Propose

An evidence-led proposal for what a curriculum could contain, set beside the current one for the ministry to decide.

03

Reform brief

Why change, what the evidence says and where sources disagree.

04

Change and training plan

What is kept, moved or new, in what order, and the training teachers need to make it real.

Conversations that move teaching forward
edTalks

Conversations that move teaching forward

edTalks brings educators, researchers and school leaders together to talk about what works in real classrooms: classroom practice, teacher development, assessment and inclusion, and what AI changes for each.

  • Episodes with practising educationalists from around the world
  • Strategy conversations on sovereignty, funding and scale
  • Practical classroom explainers teachers can use the next day
edTalks Academy

Professional development that stays with the teacher

01

Master trainers

Teachers trained first to coach their colleagues in their own staff rooms.

02

Certification

Recognised certification the ministry owns, for teachers and trainers.

03

In-school coaching

Support after go-live, where teaching actually happens.

04

Teaching with AI

Pathways on using classroom AI well: planning, checking and keeping the teacher in charge.

edTalks Academy “The training always leaves with the teacher.” Every NDX programme builds capability the ministry keeps.
Thought leadership

Where we stand

Positions we argue for with ministries, lenders and the wider education community.

Sovereign AI for education

A country's children should learn from AI the country controls, on its own terms.

Offline first is equity

If AI only works with fibre, it widens the gap it promises to close.

The curriculum is the authority

AI should teach what the ministry wrote, in the words teachers are judged on.

The teacher decides

AI proposes; the teacher decides. Time saved goes back to teaching and mentoring.

Next steps

Three steps to a demonstration programme

Start with a conversation. Leave with a costed plan for real classrooms in your country.

    Scoping conversation

Your priorities, school types and the equipment already in place.

  2. 02
    Site survey

Power, connectivity and classroom conditions for a sample of schools.

  3. 03
    Demonstration proposal

Classroom scope, timeline and a fully costed plan.
